Devereux Florida - Intensive Residential Services

Through our Intensive Residential Treatment Center, Devereux Florida offers a professional, caring approach for children and adolescents facing significant emotional, behavioral and developmental challenges. Located in in Brevard County on the east coast of Florida, our beautiful 55 acre campus is nestled in the town of Viera. With tropical landscaping, lakefront views, a pool and playground — the campus offers a serene setting in a climate suitable to enjoy plenty of outdoors activities.

• Intensive Residential Treatment Center offers specialized residential and psychiatric services for children and adolescents facing a range of behavioral and emotional disorders.
• Dual Diagnosis Center offers specialized residential and therapeutic services for children and adolescents with symptoms of both mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• On Campus School and Vocational Training provides high quality academic and vocational instruction to campus residents.
• Diabetes Management Program trains diabetic children and adolescents to adopt a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise and managing their condition

Statewide Intensive Psychiatric Program (SIPP)

The Devereux Florida Statewide Intensive Psychiatric Program (SIPP) provides intensive services for children and adolescents with severe emotional, behavioral and psychological problems. These issues arise due to histories of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, abandonment and unresolved trauma. SIPP is available to children and adolescents aged six through 17 for a four to six month treatment period. SIPP offers a customized and comprehensive approach to the needs of kids and their families. This is a voluntary program requires family participation throughout the treatment process. This program is located in Orlando and has the capacity to serve 20 children and adolescents.
