When Elijah Sanchez joined Devereux Arizona in 2019, he was looking for “a new opportunity.” He thrived in his role as a behavior coach, and all those around him took notice. Sanchez was quickly promoted to lead behavior coach, before assuming his current role of program coordinator for Devereux Arizona’s Pima outpatient program in 2021.
