Specializes in providing individualized care for children and adolescents that have significant mental health and behavioral needs. Provides intensive residential and day treatment services to both males and females ages 8 to 21. Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), Foster Care Program, Therapeutic Group Homes, and SACS-Accredited School. PRTF treats youth within a secure setting who are experiencing severe emotional/behavioral challenges. Foster Care Program provides training to foster parents to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of youth in a supportive family setting until the natural family can be reunited or permanency through adoption can be achieved. Therapeutic Group Homes provide behavioral health services to youth who cannot be served in their own homes but are appropriate to receive those services in a community setting (one within the secure campus; one in the community).
