After months of dedicated development and design, the Glen Ridge College and Employment Coaching Program website goes live at theglenridgeschool.org. Glen Ridge is a college and post secondary program is directed towards young adults with learning disabilities and Asperger’s Disorder and focuses on developing the skills needed to succeed in college, work environments and social settings.Full Story >> |

SPECIAL OLYMPICS INSPIRATION |
Inspiration is evidenced everyday as thousands with intellectual disabilities strive to compete and succeed at their dreams through the Special Olympics Connecticut (SOCT). Cocoa Café continues to grow with great inspiration. On the evening of Wednesday, February 24, over 30 students filled the school’s theater with enthusiasm for the “Inspiration” themed evening. The Ambassadors for the Simon Foundation, Stephanie Ferguson and her adopted dog, Neville, made an impression on the caring students of Glenholme when they visited the school in November 2009 to deliver the message about animal rescue awareness.
