Direct Care Training Resources operates under the leadership of the Institute of Clinical Training and Research (ICTR) at Devereux, located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. ICTR is an integral part of Devereux’s commitment to utilize its staff, facilities, products and expertise to further the understanding and treatment of individuals with special needs and challenges.
