Bonnie Wright named Devereux Colorado’s executive administrator

 

Bonnie Wright, MBA, has been selected for the role of executive administrator at Devereux Colorado.

Bonnie Wright, MBA, has been selected for the role of executive administrator at Devereux Colorado. Wright currently serves as Devereux Colorado’s director of quality improvement and community programs.

As executive administrator, Wright will oversee all Colorado operations, providing guidance and support to team members at this center. Specifically, she will manage the development and delivery of residential and community-based services to individuals living with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.

“Bonnie is an exceptional leader and relationship-builder with more than 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health,” said Rhea Fernandes, Psy.D., senior vice president and chief operations officer. “Her extensive background, coupled with her knowledge and understanding of how to develop and implement effective programming and quality systems, make her perfectly aligned for this position.”

Biography – Bonnie Wright, MBA

Bonnie Wright, MBA, holds 15 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Wright joined Devereux Colorado in 2019 as its director of quality improvement (QI), where she was responsible for policy setting, data collection, analysis and implementation of initiatives to improve various programs and services. In 2020, she moved into her most recent role of director of QI and community programs.

Prior to joining Devereux, Wright served in the following roles based in Colorado: executive director at Footprints to Recovery; senior quality improvement facilitator at Telligen, and quality improvement specialist with Behavioral Healthcare Inc.; along with multiple leadership positions at NorthEast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia.

Wright has earned the following academic degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University. During her MBA schooling, she was inducted into Sigma Beta Delta for outstanding academic performance. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Denver.
