Founded in 1943, Devereux Colorado is proud to be Colorado's premier facility for the treatment of psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral problems in children and adolescents ranging in age from 8 to 21. Nationally recognized for its innovative and family-focused programs, the Center receives referrals from throughout the United States. Located in Westminster, Colorado, a northwest suburb of Denver, Devereux Colorado offers a full continuum of care as well as an independent living program, residential treatment and daily treatment services.

Devereux Colorado works to provide treatment with a focus on the specific issues of the individual youth, while at the same time strengthening the family and teaching them new ways for coping in the future. Ultimately, our goal is stabilize the behaviors that brought a child into treatment so that they may successfully transition to a lesser restrictive setting. We coach the youth and family on adapting new behaviors and learning alternative way to manage behavior.
