Devereux Center for Effective Schools Partners with Philadelphia School District and International Institute for Restorative Practices to Improve School Climate. A $730,676, multi-year grant from The Philadelphia Foundation's Fund for Children will support the development of a comprehensive, long-term strategy aimed at changing the culture of Philadelphia schools in which the threat of violence prevents learning and achievement. Devereux will provide training and technical support to implement and sustain a school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (SWPBIS) approach within 10 K-8 schools.
