Biography

Dr. Emily Gallagher is a certified school psychologist in Pennsylvania and serves as the clinical supervisor of residential services at Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Services. In this role, Dr. Gallagher provides supervision for clinical services. Dr. Gallagher has expertise in evidence-based practices including Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions and leads the campus PBIS team. Dr. Gallagher also provides cross discipline consultation regarding evidence-based practices including DBT, and CBT for individuals in the residential setting.
