How do you embed an inclusive, Servant Leadership mindset into your daily processes?

I practice Servant Leadership by making sure every person on my team feels supported and heard. I value input from my team members, and encourage personal and professional growth.

How do you inspire others to embrace Servant Leadership practices?

My positive attitude and openness creates an atmosphere that fosters high morale and encourages others to do the same.

Share an example or story of how you demonstrated compassion or delivered quality customer service at your center.

Despite being in a leadership role, I’m present in the day-to-day operations of the facilities department, and am willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the challenge, whether it is unclogging toilets, shoveling snow or delivering supplies. I continue to be active in the Devereux community with our individuals. During the holiday season, I dressed as the Grinch and handed out candy canes to students and staff.
