I help people in whatever way I can to the best of my ability. How do you inspire others to embrace Servant Leadership practices?I always try to lead by example. I like to serve as a role model for new employees and offer suggestions that may help them in their jobs. Share an example or story of how you demonstrated compassion or delivered quality customer service at your center.I’m attentive to employees’ everyday needs, whether it’s fixing something that doesn’t work or delivering packages, even when I’m not asked. |
