How do you embed an inclusive, Servant Leadership mindset into your daily processes?

I always think about the big picture. I try to resolve conflicts through open communication, and work to understand the perspectives of others. I encourage individual personal and professional growth.

How do you inspire others to embrace Servant Leadership practices?

I try to lead by example. I wouldn’t ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. A good leader sets the standard, works directly with their team, and models the best of their character traits. In my experience, developing trust within professional relationships takes time and effort, and my goal, every day, through my actions, is to let others know they can count on me and I will give them my best.

Share an example or story of how you demonstrated compassion or delivered quality customer service at your center.

I just enjoy being a kind person to others. I demonstrate compassion every day. I try to help others. (I will help anyone!) Life is too short to be cranky. You have to see the good in everything you do. I live by example, and I believe more people should. They would be so much more at peace.
