How do you embed an inclusive, Servant Leadership mindset into your daily processes?
I’m extremely dedicated to the Bridgeton day program, and on two occasions, I stepped in to run the program when I was needed. I’m caring and upbeat, and try to provide exceptional support to all of the individuals in the program.
How do you inspire others to embrace Servant Leadership practices?
I lead by example, and am always ready to step in and help anyone and everyone.
Share an example or story of how you demonstrated compassion or delivered quality customer service at your center.
I love working on art projects with our individuals in the day program, and assist other staff with art projects for their groups. I’m also always willing to help cook and serve food for special events or holiday parties at the program.
