“I joined Devereux New Jersey in 2007 as Program Manager for our children’s intellectual and developmental disabilities services programs. Since then, I have served as Program Director, Regional Operations Director, Statewide Operations Director and, currently, Assistant Executive Director. In 2013, I was selected to participate in Devereux’s Leadership Development Program. The organization’s emphasis on teamwork and collaboration has provided me with the opportunity to grow knowledge in data application to influence decisions, clinical treatment and financial insights.”
- Assistant Executive Director Nicole O’Neal, MBA-HMSA

“I began working at Devereux in 2000 as Director of Therapeutic Foster Care in Philadelphia. In 2005, I transferred to New Jersey to take on the role of Clinical Coordinator for our behavioral health treatment home program. Other positions I have held over the years include: Coordinator of Training and Program Implementation, Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator and, presently, Statewide Clinical Director. Devereux has helped me further my professional development in so many ways. Now, I get to enjoy helping other staff build their skills and create development plans so they too can grow within Devereux.”
– Statewide Clinical Director Michelle Lipchock, DSW, LCSW

“I was hired in 2015 as a Behavior Specialist in Cumberland County. At the time, I held a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Later on, I earned my Master of Arts in applied behavior analysis with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders, as well as my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. In 2018, I transitioned into a BCBA role in Cumberland County, and in 2020, I was promoted to BCBA Clinical Administrator, overseeing central and southern New Jersey. I enjoy working for Devereux because I am able to advance my skills, education and career, with our leadership team offering feedback and assistance throughout my journey.”
– Clinical Administrator Anthony Villone, M.A., BCBA

“I joined Devereux New Jersey in 2011 as a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP). Other positions I have held include: full-time DSP, Program Supervisor, Program Manager, Program Coordinator and, currently, Admissions Specialist. With each position, I have gained new knowledge and skills. Devereux also afforded me the opportunity to attend school part time to pursue my bachelor’s degree in social work, and even paid a portion of my tuition through the Student Tuition Assistance Program. I consider Devereux New Jersey my family, a family that provides opportunities for growth.”
