Providing the highest quality care: Devereux honors direct care staff with 2023 Culture of Caring Award

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s 2023 Thomas Donovan Culture of Caring Award recipients are compassionate and collaborative caregivers, committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children, adolescents and adults they serve.

Every year, Devereux presents its Culture of Caring Award to direct care staff across the organization who go above and beyond to help those in their care thrive.

“I want to congratulate this year’s award recipients for their remarkable contributions and unyielding dedication to the individuals and families we serve,” said Devereux President and CEO Carl E. Clark II. “These role models and advocates lead by example – they are patient and persistent, collaborative and consistent. Their kind, caring nature and servant leader spirit inspire all those around them to do, and be, their very best.”

About the Thomas Donovan Culture of Caring Award …

Established in 2002 by Devereux’s national Board of Trustees, the Thomas Donovan Culture of Caring Award pays tribute to longtime Devereux trustee, friend and benefactor Thomas Donovan.

Donovan served on the Board of Trustees from 1989 to 2010, and was chairman from 1997 to 2002.

The Culture of Caring Award is presented annually to a staff member at each of Devereux’s centers who embody our mission, core values and commitment to serving others.
