Intellectual & Developmental DisabilitiesDevereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across all stages of life, in many types of community and residential settings in southeast and northeast Pennsylvania. Typically, the referring agency and school representatives (where indicated) work with families to determine the most appropriate level of care for an individual. Our autism services, including the Center for Autism Research and Education Services (CARES), Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) and Autism Intensive Residential Services, are widely-recognized throughout the region. Children and Adolescent ServicesDevereux Pennsylvania supports children, adolescents and young adults, ages birth to 21, with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as emotional and behavioral disorders. Youth are cared for in an environment best suited for their growth and well-being. Programs include: residential treatment, approved private schools, treatment family programs, and outpatient and community-based services, such as transition-to-work and respite care. Adult ServicesDevereux Pennsylvania provides opportunities for personal growth for adults with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as emotional and behavioral disorders. Based on individual needs, a wide range of supports are available from intensive, 24-hour care to more independent living arrangements.
