This critical advancement of the entire organization included a transition to a culture of Servant Leadership, with a greater emphasis on safety, quality and accountability. A key development and result of this transition was the creation of the Devereux Risk Management Committee. This committee is made up of an interdisciplinary team of senior leaders with a targeted focus on the most critical metrics to ensure client safety and success. Through a data-driven approach, this team has identified key areas of improvement, and has made significant progress in advancing Devereux’s mission to unlock and nurture human potential for people with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.
