SPARC accepts insurance!

• Need an appointment? Contact us via email at appointments@sparcwc.org.
• Diagnostic appointments are available at SPARC within six weeks of your initial phone call.
• SPARC is an in-network provider for many insurance companies, including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Highmark, Magellan, Tricare and others.
• At this time, SPARC does not accept state insurance.
