Villanova, PA – July 5, 2022 – Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, one of the nation’s oldest and largest nonprofit providers of behavioral healthcare, today announced that Philip Putnam, JD, M.S., has been selected for the newly created position of vice president of quality improvement. Putnam currently serves as director of legal, risk and quality at Devereux Florida.

As vice president of quality improvement, Putnam will oversee Devereux’s Quality Improvement function – including developing and executing quality assurance policies and initiatives – to ensure all aspects of the organization’s clinical care are aligned with evidence-based practices and guidelines. Putnam’s responsibilities also will include continuing Devereux’s efforts to further improve safety measures and protocols across all campuses to benefit the children, adolescents and adults served by the organization. In his new role, Philip will help drive positive change across our campuses, ensuring our programs and services continue to operate at the highest level, and the children, adolescents and adults we serve receive the best possible care and support.”
