At Devereux, we believe every child deserves a loving and nurturing family and a positive home environment to help them thrive. By opening your heart and home to a child with emotional, behavioral and/or cognitive differences, you are giving those in need a chance to fulfill their unique potential and build a better tomorrow.
Devereux New Jersey’s foster care program is seeking caring adults to provide specialized, therapeutic foster services for children in their homes. By becoming a therapeutic foster parent, you have the opportunity to make a difference in a child’s life.
If you have the ability and desire to help children grow and flourish, we need your help. Candidates interested in this unique and innovative program must own or rent a home large enough to accommodate one or two children. A high energy level, commitment to children and a sense of humor are all assets in this position. Devereux New Jerseys provide intensive training and support to families willing to participate.
