Dr. Rhea Fernandes selected to join The Forum of Executive Women

Devereux Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dr. Rhea Fernandes was selected to join The Forum of Executive Women, a membership organization comprised of 450 of the most influential women leaders in the Philadelphia region.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rhea Fernandes, Psy.D., was recently selected to join The Forum of Executive Women, a membership organization comprised of 450 of the most influential women leaders in the Philadelphia region.

The mission of The Forum is to “increase the number of women in leadership roles, expand their impact and influence, and position them to drive positive change” in their communities.

Dr. Fernandes was named a member of The Forum this fall as a result of her exceptional leadership and more than two decades of behavioral healthcare experience. As Devereux’s senior vice president and chief operating officer, Fernandes oversees all operational aspects of the organization’s national network, which includes 15 centers across 13 states.

“I am thrilled and honored to join this talented and diverse group of dynamic leaders who are not just at the forefront of their respective fields, but also deeply engaged in their communities – driving change for good,” said Fernandes. “Devereux has a long and rich history of empowering and supporting women in leadership positions. From our organization’s founder, Helena T. Devereux, to members of our senior leadership team, women have always played a critical role in advancing our mission to change lives. I am proud to extend that legacy as a member of the Forum to help inspire progress in the Philadelphia region and beyond.”

About The Forum …
