2021 Supervisory Excellence Award: Devereux honors direct care supervisors for going above and beyond
Author and entrepreneur Orrin Woodward once said, “Average leaders raise the bar on themselves; good leaders raise the bar for others; great leaders inspire and raise their own bar.”

The annual award recognizes team members who put the needs of others first; encourage staff development; provide timely feedback; and foster a work environment that is respectful, flexible and supportive.
“Congratulations to this year’s Supervisory Excellence Award recipients for their dedication to our mission our Servant Leadership principles,” said Devereux President and CEO Carl E. Clark II. “We are proud and honored to have these mentors and role models on our team – they are tireless advocates for the children, adolescents and adults we serve and exceptional leaders who strive to foster a culture of caring and collaboration.”
