Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona
Diagnoses: Individuals with emotional and behavioral health disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma histories, and serious mental illness.
Ages: Adults ages 18 through life span
Services: Campus-based: residential treatment and respite care for adults ages 18 to 59; residential care facility for the elderly. Adult day program comprised of training and activity services, behavioral management/support services, social skills development, personal management, and pre-vocational training. Life enrichment program for seniors. Community-based supported living, independent living, and behavioral support services.
Diagnoses: Developmental/intellectual disabilities, neurological impairments, autism spectrum disorder, dual diagnosis, mental health, and emotional and behavioral disorders.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Cleo Wallace
Ages: 10 to 18 and post-graduates; grades 5-12+
Services: Therapeutic boarding school for adolescents diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, ADHD, PDD, OCD, Tourette syndrome, depression, anxiety and various learning differences. The program provides a treatment milieu designed to build competence socially and academically. The Glenholme School also offers a supportive college and post-secondary transition program for young men and women who seek advanced education or career development. Individuals with learning differences and Asperger syndrome learn, practice and master skills essential for success in college, work environments and social settings. The program encourages and coaches autonomy in a safe, challenging and supportive setting.
Diagnoses: Emotional, behavioral and/or learning differences, Asperger syndrome, ADHD, OCD, Tourette syndrome, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Services: Family-Based Mental Health Services (FBMH) for ages two through 17; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for ages 13 through 17 (some 12-year-olds may qualify)

Ages: 14 through 21
Services: Transition support and employment readiness services for adolescents and young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD); consultation services and trainings to Delaware School Districts for students with ASD.

Services: Child and adolescent psychiatric specialty hospital, psychiatric residential treatment facility, dual diagnosis center, accredited educational program, statewide intensive psychiatric program, intellectual/ developmental disabilities programs, diabetes management program, community-based group homes, specialized foster care programs, traditional foster care programs, child welfare programs, outpatient programs, behavior support services, case management, abuse/neglect prevention programs, and community outreach.

Ages: 21 through life span
Services: Campus and community-based homes and apartments offering respite, semi-independent living, supported living programs, and shared-living programs/lifesharing, vocational and employment services.
Diagnoses: Intellectual/ developmental disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, dual diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and brain injury.
Children's Behavioral Health Services
Ages: Six through 18
Services: Acute and sub-acute psychiatric hospitalization, intensive and community-based residential treatment, special education day school programs, psychiatric services, school-based services, and pre-vocational programs.
Children’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (CIDDS) center
Ages: Birth to 21
Services: Campus and community-based residential treatment, including specialized programs and schools for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, sexual responsibility program for males, special education programs including day school programs, treatment family program, community integration, and employment programs.
Diagnoses: Intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dual diagnosis, neurological impairments, and emotional, behavioral, sexual and developmental disorders.
Devereux CARES (Center for Autism Research and Educational Services)
Ages: Five through 21
Services: The Devereux CARES day school provides state-of-the art educational services to children with autism spectrum disorder - and their families. The primary goal is to provide an educational environment that will support each student to become a productive, socially connected and personally fulfilled member of his or her local community.
Ages: Two through life span
Services: Community living, life sharing, community integrated employment and pre-employment services, school to work transition, and behavioral health rehabilitation services.
Devereux Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center (SPARC)
Ages: 6 months through adulthood
Services: Diagnostic and consultation services, behavioral therapy, feeding evaluations and treatments, early education programs, and social skills training.
Services: Residential services for children, young adults and adults; community-based living program and vocational programs.
Diagnoses: Emotional/behavioral disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and mild autism spectrum disorder.
