In this article, Devereux Center for Resilient Children Director Susan Damico highlights the importance of recognizing and labeling our feelings - with the understanding that ALL feelings are OK - and offers tips to help us better enjoy the holiday season, or at least to do our best to find healthy ways to navigate this time of the year (no matter which, if any, holidays you may celebrate).
