Devereux has announced that Carla Galusha, Ph.D., has been named clinical director at Devereux Texas, effective immediately. In her new role, Dr. Galusha - who previously served as clinical director at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Va. - will provide clinical oversight of Devereux Texas’ continuum of care.
