Soar! SPARC's Young Adult ProgramAges: 16 to 25 years oldSPARC’s SOAR program prepares young adults for independent functioning/living as they transition into college or enter into the workforce. This program includes individual and/or group participation to practice acquired skills within a group; learn new skills; and share successes and challenges of everyday living. Individuals with a variety of diagnoses can participate in this program. The SPARC Difference: For young adults, interviews with the individual, family members and other relevant people in the individual’s life (e.g., employers, siblings, peers, professors) are utilized. Young adults are actively involved in creating their own goals and measuring their progress toward those goals. |
