The Mission of the DECI: We are committed to empower and build the capacity of early childhood professionals, mental health professionals, and families to promote the social and emotional development of infants, toddlers, and young children. Through research-based resource development, training, and advocacy, we provide tools that foster children's resilience, build skills for school and life success, and help children develop to their full potential.
