Devereux Whitlock Campus-based Residential Living |
Hankin Health Services Center is a 32 bed residential health center for individuals (adults 21 years of age and older) with mental retardation, mental health issues and/or developmental disabilities. Twenty-four hour nursing care is provided for individuals with medical complexities such as, brittle diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's Disease, stable cardiac and respiratory conditions, ambulation difficulties, multiple physical disorders and support for antibiotic therapy. The Center also provides care for individuals with Foley Catheters, super pubic tubes, tube feedings, oxygen therapy, C-Pap and Bi-Pap.
Hilltop and Hillcrest Cottages are a semi-independent residential treatment homes for adult male and females (21 years of age and older) with mental health issues and mild mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities. Hillcrest Cottage is home for twenty women and Hilltop is home for fifteen men. |

| Stearns Cottage and Trimble House provides residential treatment services for adult males and females with a diagnosis of moderate to profound mental retardation. Stearns Cottage and Trimble House each serve sixteen individuals. |

The Ferdinand Cottage Eighteen adult males live in the Ferdinand Cottage. Men with a diagnosis of mental retardation and mental health disorders reside in the Ferdinand residential treatment program. Ferdinand is particularly successful in treating adult males with challenging behaviors. |
The Gatehouse Cottage is the home to three adult (21 years of age and older) females with a primary diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and mental health issues. Residents receive support and encouragement in developing independence. Psychologists, nurses, and psychiatrists provide a comprehensive life enrichment program promoting self-improvement, decision making, task completion, community involvement, recreation and family collaboration. |
Dando Villa is a residential treatment services for twenty-four adult male and females with mental retardation, mental health and/or developmental disabilities diagnoses. Individuals who reside in Dando Villa may have some minor health/medical issues. |
| Cottage A and Cottage B are residential treatment services for seventeen adult males with mental retardation, mental health and/or developmental disabilities diagnoses. These cottages are designed to promote independent living with skill instruction in housekeeping, shopping, cooking interpersonal relationships, self-care and budgeting. |
