Devereux's Institute of Clinical Training and Research (ICTR) provides a variety of professional services, such as:
- Professional and pre-graduate training in psychology and related fields
- Conducts research, coordinates, reviews and monitors all research, training and evaluation activities within Devereux
- Provides technical assistance and support to Devereux staff and interns engaged in research
- Sponsors continuing education programs for psychologist and supervises the operation of Devereux's Professional Library
