Berwyn, PA 19312 Biography Sandra Powell is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania and has worked at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health for 35 years in various capacities. Her role for the past 24 years has been as a clinical coordinator at Devereux Pennsylvania Adult Services. In addition to having a clinical caseload of 22 individuals, she also supervises six behavior analysts and plays a lead role in the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral interventions and Supports at the center.
