Serving Circuit 5
In March 2008, Devereux Kids started providing information and referral services for families, which are subjects of calls to the Abuse Hotline but do not meet the criteria that warrants an investigation. These calls are currently referred back to the circuit level Department of Children and Families for assistance. The intent of this project is to provide these families with information and assistance to address identified needs and prevents the situations from escalating to a level that could cause more risk or harm to the child. |
