Each strategy card has been formatted to fit on 2 X 3.5 business cards. Do Members of Your Staff Deserve a Protective Factor Award?

On the Devereux Recognized LPM portion of our website, you will find a new and exciting resource for free download. Protective Factor Certificate Templates are fun and inspiring, and for an extra special touch, try framing the certificates. Staff members are sure to feel appreciated and maybe even a little more resilient.

  • Have a teacher/staff member who has shown a great deal of creativity, or who helped take charge of a situation? Award him/her with a Certificate of Initiative.
  • Have a teacher/staff member who has done an exemplary job of expressing his/her emotions, or has shown patience in a trying situation? Honor this person with the Certificate of Self-Control.
  • Have a teacher/staff member who works to create kind and meaningful relationships with children, family and staff? This person deserves the Certificate of Attachment.
Visit: http://www.devereuxearlychildhood.org/ and scroll to the bottom where you will find “LPM Access.”
