DECA-I/T Record Forms
The DECA-I/T is a standardized, norm-referenced, reliable and valid assessment of protective factors in infants and toddlers ages 1 month up to 36 months. The DECA-I/T can also be used to screen for potential risk in the social and emotional development of infants and toddlers. Completed by family members and/or early care and education professionals, the DECA-I/T evaluates the frequency of positive behaviors associated with protective factors. The DECA-I/T assessment has two forms, one for Infants ages 1 month up to 18 months titled the DECA-I and one for toddlers ages 18 months up to 36 months titled the DECA-T.
