Church Members Visit Devereux Kids

[object Object]On Saturday June 19th, a group from a local church came out and presented to the children at our Tallahassee Statewide In-patient Psychiatric Program (SIPP). The Youth Group of the Jacob Chapel Free Will Baptist Church presented in Dance and Step. The children at the facility enjoyed the fellowship and lunch was provided for all.

The Devereux Florida SIPP Program provides a therapeutic residential living and learning environment for emotionally handicapped children and adolescents. Licensed by the Department of Children and Families and accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The Devereux Florida SIPP Program serves male and female children and adolescents ages 11 through 17. This residential treatment program prepares children and adolescents for transition into the community through clinical, vocational, academic, recreational and life skills training.

The Tallahassee SIPP is continually making efforts to involve our children in community events so that they feel apart of the community that they live in. To learn more about the SIPP program in Tallahassee, visit DevereuxFL.org.
