Good for You, Rashandia! New supervisor tapped

Fort Pierce – Devereux Community Based Care congratulates Rashandia Johnson for her recent promotion to dependency case management supervisor in St. Lucie County.
Johnson, a graduate from the University of Tampa, has 16 years’ experience working in case management and has served locally as a Devereux CBC dependency case manager for three years. Other posts include serving as a counselor for the Eckerd Re-Entry Program, a service provided through the Department of Juvenile Justice.

"Rashandia came to us a few years ago having had extensive case management experience in DJJ, and we’re looking forward to having her work with all of us and our partners in this new role,” said Lorrene Egan, St. Lucie County Director for Devereux Community Based Care, the nonprofit organization that oversees the child-welfare system in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties.

As supervisor, Johnson will lead a team of case managers to oversee the coordination of services to children and families with cases in the dependency - or child welfare - system.
