***If there is a medical emergency, please call 911 first.

Crisis services are available for children and youth ages 0-17 in Orange County Florida.  When a family is in crisis, sometimes all they need is a quick intervention to get back on track.  Children who receive crisis services are less likely to be arrested, placed in a psychiatric hospital or removed from their home.  Crisis counselors also connect families to the services and supports they need for long-term recovery.

Services are:

  • Free
  • Available 24 hours a day, every day including weekends and holidays
  • Available to anyone who calls for assistance; parents, relatives, foster families, school personnel or law enforcement

Dial 211 or (407)839-HELP

This service is supported in partnership with Orange County, Wrap Around Orange, 211, Florida Hospital and the Heart of Florida United Way.
