Washington, CT - Eric Wilzig, an accomplished magician at age 18, captivated the audience at the Glenholme School with his dynamic personality and exhilarating performance on August 2. Slight of hand was simply the start; Eric performed magic with money from coins to bill; animals that added an unpredictable element to the act including birds and rabbits; along with several large scale illusions. It was clear that Eric has a particular passion for performing.

His early interest in magic was sparked at the age of 5. Just a short sever years later, Eric began honing his craft at the Tennen’s Magic Camp in Long Island, New York and jetting to Las Vegas to learntechniques from the professions like David Copperfield, Criss Angel and Jeff McBride. Now, at 18, Eric has worked at every magical venue imaginable; from youth camps to vacation cruise lines and the hot spots including Atlantic City, live in Times Square and NBC’s hit TV show America’s Got Talent.

Eric has now added Glenholme to his list of spectacular performance locations. Several students even joined the illusion excitement on stage. From checking the equipment to having keepsakes vanish from their fingers, each of audience-aids and their onlookers were in awe of every moment the performance from the start to finish. It was an experience which will not soon vanish from their minds.
