Washington, CT - Mickey, Tigger and Pooh were just a few of the many characters that filled the days of this year’s Disney adventure. Students and staff spent four nights at the Disney All-Sport Resort and five action-packed days exploring the exciting sites throughout the parks. From sunrise to sunset, the senior class adventurers packed their days with thrilling rides, fabulous food, and fun in the Florida sun, creating many memorable moments along the way.

This year’s Disney World trek took the group to all of the Disney parks including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Along with the wonderful water parks, Lagoon Typhoon and Blizzard Beach which offered heat-refreshing slippery thrills for everyone with some of the world’s wildest water slides.

Exhausted from their exciting Disney adventure, the students expressed sincere appreciation for the opportunity to spend a fun-filled week in Florida. Building lasting bonds, these adventurers have a great experience and many fond memories to enjoy for a lifetime. Glenholme’s traditional trip to Disney World celebrates the many amazing achievements of the senior class. They depart Glenholme accomplished in academics, arts and other intellectual pursuits and embark on a promising future of furthering their academics, employment, or the passion for their life’s pursuits.
