Capital One Bank partners with Glenholme and creates awareness for the school through their 81 New York regional offices.
Washington, CT - The Development office endeavors to advance the Glenholme mission and program offerings in a continual effort to provide our students the opportunities and experiences that will guide them to fulfilling and happy adulthood, both socially and academically.

Most recently, Development added the New York regional office of Capital One Bank to our growing list of corporate sponsors. Their generosity will support Glenholme’s arts educational programs and create awareness by advancing the school’s message through their 81 branches located in Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester and Connecticut. Mr. Steve Philbin, senior vice president of Capital One, graciously donated funds for 2009 and also hopes to support the school into the future.

The Glenholme School, a Devereux Center, is an exceptional boarding school for students with special needs, which offers an individually prescribed learning environment with a steadfast academic curriculum. Using our effective individualized services, we apply a positive behavior support model focused on development of social skills and lifelong strategies for success. The school’s milieu therapy addresses varying levels of academic, social and special needs development in boys and girls ages 10-18 and postgraduates. We prepare graduates for continued education in traditional day schools, boarding schools, colleges and universities.
