 Scottsdale, Arizona - The My Little Stocking Holiday Campaign was started in 1999 to provide holiday gifts and fulfill a special need for children who are in out-of-home placement and spending the holiday season with Devereux Arizona.
The program is totally dependent upon the generosity of our community. Approximately 2,500 children, adolescents and their families from all program areas across the state are impacted. Using general, age-specific wish lists, staff and volunteers collect the gifts, wrap the gifts, collect thousands of stocking stuffers and make the stockings.
The goal of My Little Stocking is to bring holiday joy to the children and adolescents in our care, ensuring that each child experiences the delight of opening holiday gifts. This year we have confirmed support from numerous individuals, McKesson, Scottsdale Insurance Company, SkyMall and Televerde.
