Washington, CT - The Devereux Glenholme School wrapped up their 2008 soccer season in mid-November with a final record of 3-2-1. The Grizzlies had strong wins against the Woodhall School of Bethlehem, CT and Maplebrook School of Amenia, NY; while they held the Grove School of Madison and the Forman School of Litchfield to even matches. Allafia B. lead the squad in goals scored with 15 for the season and Max B. contributed eight to the total tally. The attackers were well supported by their mid-field and defense. As the Grizzlies lead-goalie, Creighton H. demonstrated confidence and determination in goal.

The Devereux Glenholme Grizzlies took their soccer season seriously; they matched hard work and development as a team and individuals in a sport that pairs mental and health challenges with fun and excitement. We look forward to the excitement the players will bring to the next season.
