| GLENHOLME ROBOTICS GEARS UP |
 Devereux Glenholme’s FIRST Robotics First Technical Challenge Team (FTC) is gearing up for its second season. Known as the GHS 1337 Squad, the team consists of 10 high school age students with interest in science, technology and engineering.

| CANINE COLLECTION |
 The beautiful autumn Sunday of October 4 was the perfect setting as the grounds of Devereux Glenholme filled with students, families, faculty members, and friends from around New England to celebrate their bonds with man’s best friend. The 18 participants of Glenholme’s Sixth Annual Canine Collection took turns parading their precious pooches, demonstrating their canine’s uncanny capabilities, and sharing the details of their special bonds. While technology is also a large part of the school community it has been recognized that young people have developed new forms of communication while verbal and non-verbal communication has taken a back seat.  This year marks our second year offering online learning to some of the students. The online courses offer students greater choice of course selection and opportunity to become comfortable with this learning format in a supported setting in anticipation of the college experience. Groundbreaking for Devereux Glenholme’s Center for the Arts took place on May 2nd amidst the excitement and success of the school’s fifth annual Parents’ Weekend and auction event with the support of James Marsden and Jessica Biel. As the building construction date rapidly approaches, the fundraising campaign continues for the final phase of construction. 
The professional growth of employees is central to The Glenholme School mission and is achieved through a competency system, skills for life and individualized training and development.
