| New Directions is a skill-based staff development program designed to establish and enhance the therapeutic skills of direct care/direct support personnel supporting individuals in a variety of service settings. The two-fold emphasis of the program is to enable direct-care professionals to develop positive, influential staff-client relationships and to promote client competency and pro-social development through skill teaching. |

Registrations will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the training event. Refunds will be made for cancellation notice received at least five days in advance. Substitutions will be accepted; please call with any changes. | | |
